Hi! I’m Brittney, founder of Core Support Solutions – and your systems-loving OBM behind the scenes, helping female-ran creative businesses get their time and sanity back.

I watched my parent’s run businesses as I grew up, and I knew I wanted to be in a business of my own. However, I felt I didn’t have the knowledge to start my own business, so I worked corporate jobs. Those 9-5’s helped pay the bills, but I never felt satisfied.

After working with a family member on getting their business up and running, I realized that my true passion was creating structure and supports so they could enjoy running their business!

I do not believe that one-size-fits-all. Every system, every process, every team member I work with is designed with you in mind – your business, your brain, and your big-picture goals.
